Seamless.ly is built using Salesforce's own SDKs and APIs. Log in with your Salesforce credentials and the app inherits your permissions, page layouts, field configurations, validation rules, and Apex triggers. Scan a business card or record a voice note, AI structures the data, and it's written directly to your org as leads, contacts, accounts, or tasks. Everything stays in sync. Changes in the app appear in Salesforce, changes in Salesforce appear in the app.

Your CRM data is read and written directly to your Salesforce org. When processing voice actions, minimal context like a contact name may be used to ensure accuracy, but is never stored. Scans and voice recordings are processed securely through our AI pipeline and then written to Salesforce. Nothing is stored permanently. The only data we hold is minimal account metadata like usage counts and subscription status, stored on leading cloud infrastructure. Salesforce credentials are never stored on device or server, authentication is handled by Salesforce's own OAuth flow and Mobile SDK. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We've passed the Salesforce AppExchange Security Review. A detailed architecture and security document is available on request.
